Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful, spacious room that exceeded our expectations. The decor and amenities were a welcome respite after a long journey.

Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and basic requests for water or dining supplies often felt like a burden rather than a service.

This was just a balanced option for a swift visit in Florence with a reasonable price. The two-story room we had was very cute, like a little loft. Make sure to ask about room choices to get a better one for your stay.

Had an amazing stay with my friends! The hotel is super close to the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery. just an 18-minute walk along the beautiful River Arno. Loved the delicious breakfast and the staff was really friendly. The rooms were clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed for our group trip.

One downside was that the TV didn’t have an Apple connection for screen sharing, which was a bit disappointing.
