The exclusive amenities in the room fulfilled all my needs. the service provided was exceptional and the Jacuzzi in the private facilities was a great way to relax after a day exploring the location advantages. the Garden area was charming and the bar/lounge area was perfect for enjoying a drink. the leisure/TV room was comfortable and perfect for unwinding. the room advantages were impressive, with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. the restaurant had an excellent selection of delicious dishes and the in-room breakfast was a lovely touch.
Cons the only minor issue I experienced was with the snack bar, which had limited choices. However, this did not detract from the overall experience.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with great service, friendly staff, and clean, ornately decorated rooms. Despite not having a great view from my window, the location was convenient and there was so much to see and do in the area. The breakfast selection was delicious and offered a choice of conservatory or outside seating. The spacious bedroom had a separate working area and a luxurious, comfy bed. The hotel also went above and beyond by assisting us when we had trouble finding our initial hotel in Florence. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Florence.
